2.1 Service Description

Kabuvay Repair Services provides residential and commercial repair, maintenance, and renovation services across Canada. Specific services include but are not limited to plumbing repairs, electrical services, carpentry, HVAC maintenance, emergency repairs, and renovation projects.

2.2 Service Appointments

Appointments for services are subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate your preferred schedule, we cannot guarantee specific appointment times. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if we anticipate any delays or need to reschedule.

2.3 Service Estimates

Any cost estimates provided before service are approximations based on the information available at that time. Final charges may vary based on the actual scope of work required, which may become apparent only after work begins. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of significant changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.

2.4 Service Guarantee

We provide a 1-year warranty on labor for most services, subject to proper use and maintenance. This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or subsequent modifications by third parties. Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts or materials we install, and these warranties are separate from our service guarantee.

3. Website Use

3.1 Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Kabuvay Repair Services or our content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

All fees are subject to applicable federal and provincial taxes, which will be added to your invoice.

4.3 Late Payment

Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law, if lower). You agree to reimburse us for all costs incurred in collecting any late payments, including attorney fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Service Cancellation

If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $75 to cover scheduling and preparation costs.

5.2 Project Cancellation

For larger projects that require special ordering of materials or extensive preparation, cancellation fees may apply based on costs incurred up to the point of cancellation. Specific cancellation terms for large projects will be outlined in your project agreement.

6. Liability Limitations

6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly provided in these Terms, our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kabuvay Repair Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with our website or services.

6.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services giving rise to such claim.

The Kabuvay Repair Services name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Kabuvay Repair Services or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the website thereafter. Your continued use of our website or services following the posting of revised Terms means you accept the changes.
